Random crash issue when open MAP

Hello since yesterday (while I have been playing since Thursday 7th) I have encountered random crash problems when opening the game map with ",". The game freezes with the screen of the game map then crashes after 2-3 seconds, then I have the Ubisoft Conect pop-up with the mark "Oh no it has crashed!" and so I send the crash report. This is an issue that occurs very often so it is quite a serious issue and is detrimental to the Users experience.

Hey there guys. I'm sorry to hear that you both are experiencing crashes whenever you open the map. Since it sounds like you're not getting any kind of specific error code and just the generic crash message, I recommend starting out with the steps contained in this guide here. If you continue to experience those crashes after running through that guide, however, go ahead and grab a copy of your MsInfo & DxDiag files. Then, you can submit those files by opening a ticket on our Support Site. That way, we can take a closer look at what's going on!
Do you guys also happen to notice if this only seems to occur in specific areas of the game? Or during specific missions?Official Response -

@mrbikerfr It's one of the Graphics settings that's causing it but no more crashes after turning it off now the Issue I'm facing is the games wokeness

And the crash you'd been getting, was it also when opening the map, just like the issue @MrbikerFR was having? I'd really like your further insights, to help us get this looked into as needed
