Unsolved XBOX Series X - Italian Audio issue

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem. When I start playing, the voice audio is totally mute, but environment audio is regularly audible.
I've tryed to download the Italian audio package, but the download doesn't start.
How can I solve this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Italian audio in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Can you please go through the Xbox Series X|S troubleshooting then try downloading the Italian audio pack again.
If the issue persists can you go to the audio settings on your Xbox and change the speaker audio to 'stereo uncompressed' if it is currently set to 7.1 or 5.1 then try again to see if that helps.
However if that does not work then could you please provide a video that shows you are unable to hear any dialogue and show your in game audio settings that you are using.
