An option to play without the level grind, bullet-sponge enemies, weird ammo types and ammo-specific enemies, the unnatural enemy respawns, item rarities, etc. would greatly improve Far Cry 6.
I get that there may be some people who, for whatever reason, enjoy Ubisoft's endless, RPG-style grinds.
But I just want a Far Cry game.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

What bullet sponge? isn't it normal to pump 6-10 magazines into a boar?
*sarcasmOFF*
A heashot should always be a headshot. It's ridiculous how the enemy damage threshold is determined by the region level-gating.
There should also be a possibility to hack those AA platforms to turn them against enemy aircraft.

Agree on the first, not on the second.
I don't want the game to play iself for me more than it already do. And by "already do" I mean stuff like this:
4 wildrunning horses captured a checkpoint for me (no idea how they did the billboard). And another checkpoint was cleared by rebels 10 seconds after I came there, so I only had to flame the billboard. I want to be rewarded for what I do, not what silly gamemechanics do.
Make no mistake they did this to drive microtransaction sales, not to make the game more enjoyable. It would be one thing if they had not already half tried this already with far Cr New Dawn and go9tten a lot of pushback for doing it so one can only logically assume they pushed on with this for reasons of $$ via MTX.
@Milit4nt +1, the bullet sponges and different ammo types are extremely annoying and not fun at all imho. Biggest issue is the bullet sponges though, as armor piercing ammo is basically the standard ammo of previous games as it works fairly well against everything.
Ssssoooooo, the AP is the current way to go for ammo, eh? GOOD to know, TY!
@legoguru2000 But that's the insidious part: It's not 1:1. Ubisoft abandoned solid gameplay design by removing "progression" and replacing it with a rock-paper-scissors grind and bullet-sponge enemies to make the game slower. And by making the game slower, that increases players' exposure to the in-game marketing--probably under the notion that such increased exposure also increases the likelihood that players will buy stuff. And that is mobile-game B.S. Surely creative devs and designers can find ways to sell some MTX to the whales who want that stuff while also keeping the game fun and satisfying for all. Unfortunately, Ubisoft has gone the route of punishing every player just to turn out a relative handful of deep-pocketed whales. It's unfortunate because there is some real artistry that goes into these games--all of which is undermined by greedy business decisions and duplicitous "developers" who will lie in dev diaries, live streams, and Reddit AMAs about what they're actually making and selling.
@sleezure That's one hell of a conspiracy theory.
Maybe you should stick it to them and not play the game. Show em you aren't a fool.
@korzac81 I would respectfully invite you to spend some time at the PocketGamerbiz YouTube channel for more grains of salt then. The industry is open and notorious about frustrating players with these in-game mechanisms, and frankly, they rely on folks like yourself to cover for them.
@sleezure don't forget and i can't even believe i have to say this..... ENEMY WEAPONS THAT CAN BE PICKED UP!!! i mean ffs they just despawn how are you supposed to feel immersed smh
@flanker1six AP ammo still doesn't change the fact that "soft target" enemies take multiple headshots before dying. Makes ZERO sense. This needs to he fixed- headshots should be a one hit. Pistol rounds against helmeted and armored enemies can do less, which would be okay if rifles went straight through helmets.
