    I keep getting booted from the servers so my Ubisoft+ games close on me, this is not a good user experience. Farcry 6 closed on me at least 6 times already.

    Welcome to my world. This is seriously annoying. What a garbage launcher. Wait for the Ubisoft mod reply with a "Connectivity Guide" basically blaming you for the problem. How about they create a launcher that doesn't need any of that stuff and just works like every other game launcher on the planet.

    Hello @jake-hawkins thank you for getting in touch with us.

    To rule out if this is a connection problem or the game crashing, would you please navigate to the Ubisoft Connect 'hamburger' menu, then select 'Go Offline'

    Relaunch the game then test to see if the game kicks you or the game crashes, then we will know that this is not caused by any internet connection.

    @ubi-milky Did you even read my post? The issue is that losing connection to YOUR servers closes the game because you CANT play ubisoft+ games offline. It ALWAYS coincides with Ubisoft Connect telling me it lost connection. And before you even try it, my connection is running stable EVERYWHERE else.

    @jake-hawkins Hi there.

    Ubi-Milky has asked if you're able to launch the game in offline mode so that we can identify if the crashes still occur when there is no connection to our servers needed - apologies if this was unclear at all.

    We'd use this as a test to identify if there is an issue within the games files causing a crash, or if it is purely based on loss of contact with the servers.

    If you could let us know if you encounter crashes in offline mode it would be much appreciated, and we'll be happy to help from there.

    @ubi-nacho We CANNOT play FC6 in "Offline Mode" Because with Ubisoft + you need to be ONLINE.

    @ubi-nacho again, it is a UBISOFT+ game, i CAN NOT launch this in offline mode.

    Apologies for the previous response, you're correct in saying the connection is necessary.

    After checking, the servers are functioning as intended at the moment. Could you please take a look at the steps outlined in our PC troubleshooting here.

    @ubi-nacho Its simply closing without an error message, not crashing. The only thing i see is a message from Ubisoft Connect that im not connected to the servers and some features are unavailable.

    Looking at https://outage.report/ubisoft: (https://outage.report/ubisoft) it does look like some issue is present.

    And again, reports on the above website increase and my Ubisoft Connect Client keeps losing connection to the servers. Fix your servers or remove the online requirement!

    I did find that using an adblock DNS was causing this issue on mine. I was using PiHole but don't have access to that right now so I had my router set up for AdGuard DNS and that is what was causing my issues. I changed the DNS in my router and the disconnections stopped. If you are using a PiHole, you can whitelist the Ubisoft strings to allow it to communicate better.

    @jake-hawkins Hi, don't know if this helps anyone but I had the same issue. I fixed the problem by turning off cloud synchronization in the uplay settings options. Not had a single crash since.

    Still no fix for this? havent had this problem before, but today it stops often. no network. tried to disable cloud saving, but no... been playing farcry6 and other ubisoft+ games with this pc on this network for a long time, no issues concidering network till today. Please just make it available offline, would make it so much easier..
