welcome to the club with the GPU popup issue.. not a single fix or workaround has been posted for our problem.. all of us who have posted too are above minimum requirements.
btw i have even seen a guy with a 2080 having same popup. i really hope this issue is fixed asap!

The game often crashes.

I bought this from Ubisoft, and using it through Ubi launcher.

It happens every time I play. Sometimes 20 mins after playing it crashes, then there are times at the start after loading. I tried adjusting graphics from Ultra to High to Medium. Same thing happens, played also with adjusting the other specs, but nothing changed.

Hope you can help with this. I never had these with other Ubi Games.

I started the game, loader was stuck on vredist then crashed PC (BSoD). PC will not start up now. All drivers were up to date.

Specs:
- ASUS B550 Tuf + gaming
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 4.6ghz
- RTX 3070 8gb
- 16gb DDR4 3600mhz
- installing on M.2 NVME 2tb SSD internal

I can Play smooth on "maybe" highest settings, but every cutscene is killing the game, thats super annoying.

@mr-creationeer yup after it crashing all day i finally got a good 6 hours of no crash when i turned off cloud sync thanks

I had a similar issue - the game just crashed and I received no error message.

One thing I noticed was that my client disconnected every time I got this CTD -- I got a message saying "While you continue playing, we'll restore the connection to a service.."

It stopped doing this eventually and it seems stable now.

@mrchris I have kinda the same, is there an event number?

R7-5800H and RTX 3060 laptop, the usage of GPU is only 5% and the fps cannot reach 60 even for middle quality. When I start ubisoft connect in offline mode, the game could start normally, but it crash every time under online mode

Far Cry 6 crashes before it even starts, no matter what I did, I couldn't find a solution. I also uninstalled Win 11 for this game, still didn't work.

Im just curious if the splash-crash is a problem on ubisofts end, and if I should wait for a patch.

I have tried all The advice like updating driver, verify files, clean reinstall, run as adm, ect. So unless i am missing something i am unsure of what The issue is, and if I should wait arpund or refund this.

Has anyone gotta it 2 work?

@bellaende its Ubisoft's end and don't be hopeful for a patch anytime soon. 99 percent of people can play. likely a hard bug to squash.

@ubi-mark - Nope, I haven't actually done anything since it's stable now (on my end).

I will try to disable the overlay should it start occurring again.

Thats it. I refunded the crap. Wont spend another day bashing my head aginst the screen. Ill suggest you all do the same.

Got the same problem with crashing to desktop. Have tried everything from disabling cloud save to disabling the overlay and playing it on the lowest graphics setting, but still crashes after 15 minutes of playing, this is really frustrating.

I bought Ubisoft + specially for this game but it doesn't work every time I launch the game it it closes imminently i have been looking and trying everything on the forum for 3hours now but nothing works so far.
