    Hello guys, I'm playing on Assassin’s Creed® Valhalla (PC) and I'm experiencing voices and music issues on the new update 1.3.2.

    Hi @adul8tion and welcome to the forums.

    I am sorry that you are experiencing audio issues in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

    Can you please go through PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.

    If the issue persists could you confirm the following:

    • Did you experience any audio issues before installing the 1.3.2 update?
    • Have you only experienced this issue outside of the Animus or does this also occur whilst playing as Eivor?
    • What your audio output is? (Stereo, surround, 5.1, etc)


    Can you also try changing the language to English to see if the issue still persists. If it doesn't can you then change the language back and try again.

    Hi @Ubi-Keo ! Thanks for your answer.
    After few attempts closing and reopening the game, the bug disappeared. Guess it was a temporary thing?
    I haven't experienced any audio issue before the new update, I have experienced this issue outside of the Animus and also with Eivor. My output speakers (Realtek(R) audio).

    @ubi-keo Seems like that this bug appears at disappears.

    @adul8tion Thank you so much for all of that information! I'm glad to hear that it finally resolved for you, even if it took a few relaunches. Just to clarify further, however, did the issue pop back up again after it was seemingly resolved?

    @ubistorm Unfortunately yes! Also in game the audio disappears magically.
    You wont' be able to hear the surrounds, only the footsteps.
