Unsolved Unable to progress in the quest 'Scorched Earth' as I cannot speak to Soma

- In the southsexe region after the mission arrive unexpected i get 3 missions
Them Eat Ashes
Scorched Earth
Severing the Lines
I can start and play 2 of them butt with the mission scorched earth Soma doesnt spawn and no mission icon on the map appears
Because this i cant progress of finish the mail story. -

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'Scorched Earth' due to Soma not spawning.
Could you please try verifying your game files then try again. If that does not work I would recommend loading a previous save and replay those two quests again and see if Soma spawns as intended.
However if it's not possible to load an earlier save or if the issue persists could you please provide a video so that I can confirm it is a bug you have encountered, I can then report this to the development team to investigate.
In the video could you please show the following:- Your quest log screen and completed quests (scrolling to the bottom)
- That Soma has not spawned
