Moved Unable to start the 'Siege of Paris' expansion

Every place on the internet says you just go and chat to the people and it will start...nope. There is a woman that lights up green with Odin sight but you can’t interact with her. It’s a bit rough that I wasted money on the season pass and didn’t get the content. No one seems to have this issue....Wrath of the Druids worked okay. Please help!

@elvis-1973 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues starting the 'Siege of Paris' expansion.
To start the Siege of Paris questline, you will receive a letter from Randvi. You must then speak to Toka and Pierre in the guesthouse at Raventhorpe to trigger the mission.
For the letter to appear you will need to have reached England and completed at least one regional arc.
If you have completed one regional arc then can you confirm if you received the letter from Randvi and if Toka and Pierre are present? I assume that they are as you mentioned a woman is there but she cannot be interreacted with.
If this is the case then could you also provide a video to show you have completed one regional arc by going to the alliance map and that you cannot interact with Toka.
Could you also try loading a previous save if possible before you received the letter from Randvi and try again to see if the issue persists.Official Response“We work in the Dark, to serve the Light. We are Assassins.”🦅

So I did everything you asked and that’s it...I paid for the season pass couldn’t use it. It’s crazy that in any other business people would say “man that’s a shame buddy here is something for your troubles”. Apparently in gaming it’s just a case of ah well unlucky for you mate.
I was going to play syndicate next perhaps you could give me a code for the gold edition or something! To be honest I would just be happy with being able to play the content I purchased. Come on guys throw me a friccking bone here

I understand that you are frustrated that you are unable to access 'The Siege of Paris' content, however we are hear to provide support, in your case to help you access the content you have purchased, and if there is an issue which it appears there may be then we would need to gather as much information as we can and a video demonstrating the issue so that we can then report it to the development to investigate further.
I'm afraid that we would be unable to offer you any free games or content.
You mentioned that you have done everything that I asked you previously. Can you please confirm the following:- Did you receive the letter from Randvi?
- Did you try loading a previous save before you received the letter?
- Have you checked to ensure the 'Siege of Paris' content is installed?
Could you also provide a video that shows the following:- Your quest log screen
- Go to the in game store then go to the owned tab and show that the 'Siege of Paris' content is installed
- Show your alliance map to show which regions you have completed
- Show that you are unable to start the 'Siege of Paris' content and are unable to interact with Toka

@ubi-keo hello mate. So I changed Eivor sex and reloaded and left the animus and rejoined. I then changed back to a woman. I had the Francia quest highlighted and then I played through a storm is brewing. At his grave suddenly the letter came through. So I rushed over to the camp and got the cut scene and started the dlc! I don't know if it was anything I did or whether something happened at your end but either way it's good. Let's hope that's the only bug I get! Thanks for all your help. Very best Chris
