Unsolved Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Crashes on Xbox One after TU 1.3.1

After updating to 1.3.1, AC Valhalla freezes up multiple times, then eventually crashes altogether. The game will freeze randomly in the middle of gameplay; it doesn’t matter which region or which mission I’m on. After freezing, the screen goes black, then closes out to the Xbox One Home Screen. Sometimes it happens after an hour or two of gameplay, or it happens 5 minutes into a game. It’s getting frustrating because this happened only after updating to 1.3.1. It never happened prior to that update.

My game has the exact same issue. I can barely play without worrying that my game is going to crash. I tried all the troubleshooting methods. If this issue will not get fixed I want a refund then cuz you guys are scamming me. I haven't been able to play for an entire week.

Game keeps crashing while characters start flashing, then kicks me to Home Screen .
