Unsolved Unable to unlock Excalibur due to missing tablet

It would be great if you could help me since I don't know if the excalibur bug is fixed, when I go to place the tablet it says that one is missing

Is it the tablet in the old cellar that you are unable to locate? Or when trying to unlock Excalibur in Myrddin's cave and unable to deposit the 4th tablet?

Well it turns out that at the time I gave myself the job of looking for the tablets I found them all but when I went to the cave, she told me that I did not have the tablet and I did not have it in the inventory either.

So after looking it appears you are missing the tablet from the Red Lichen Cavern in Hamtunscire. Can you please go to that location on your map and check you have collected that tablet. If the tablet is not there can you provide another video to show that it's already been collected.
