    @ubi-keo ok, i will hold you to that.

    And of course I am eligible, I've been reporting in here daily providing all of the troubleshooting processes i went through and how I even got the 4 daily quests to register properly. problem is it was too late once I finally found a save file that allowed the daily quests to register properly. If you or the deve team need more info, look back at the posts I have made. Thank you

    @ubi-keo guess you have forgotten all about this by now.. and I'm not surprised. Here's the Ubisoft M.O. dealing with event bugs... Say what you must to pacify the crowds of dissatisfied players, ask them for patience, and before long the crowds will forget about it, and in the end nothing is ever done.

    I've spent a lot of money on this game, including in the helix store.. the least you can do is make things right. Aside from that, you shouldn't need to "see if I'm eligible" for the reward, my experience of this whole event was well documented the entire time (in this thread). I completed the quests every single day like I was supposed to and then came here to report it. I also actively contributed to trying to find a workaround. After all was said and done, it should be a no-brainer that my account is eligible for this. And I'm certain this is true with countless other individuals here in this thread.

    It was Ubisoft who screwed this up, not us. Make it right! I told you I would hold you to account, now please check on the status and give us an update

    Not the only topic. Sometimes there's a movement on this kind of thing, older topics, but it's not consistent or at least communication is imperfect. If I had the will for it I'd trawl my posts for the items that haven't been acknowledged or addressed, like the rocks that a few types of enemy throw that do no have trails, or the enemies that start to get a red line for firing/throwing a missile but it never does get thrown, or the request to stop animations using up the timers on build-up runes . . .

    I am also sorry that you have not received an update on this and that the reward has not been added to your account.

    I have chased this up with the Assassin's Creed Valhalla team and we will update this thread once we have more information.

    @ubi-keo Any news yet? It has been a bit quiet. Or will we see this reward being added to Ubi Connect soon for us to redeem?

    Hey there @Ubi-Mushy . Just wanted to say thanks. I just received the Pharaoh's horse out of the blue. Hope this is the case for any others that are still missing it.

    Hello there!

    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. If you were eligible to receive the Pharaoh's Horse, then it should have been automatically added to your inventory. Additionally, the Pharaoh's Horse should now be available via Ubisoft Connect rewards, if you were unable to redeem this reward at the time the challenge was active.

    As this issue has now been resolved, we will be marking this thread as "Resolved" and locking the thread.

    If you have any trouble with any other community challenges, please don't hesitate to create a new thread so we can investigate further.
