Unsolved Ragnar's Quest at Snake Pit doesn't kick off

Killed the 6 vikings to enable the quest, verified they were indeed the ones on several guides, vids, and checked the map again for icons cleared. The snake pit quest does not activate. Visited the snake pit. Still no go.

Just to clarify is the issue that you should have the quest in your quest log and it's not appearing or do you have the quest but it's not progressing past a certain point? Thanks!Official Response -
@ubi-orion Quest not in my log. Visiting the site does not activate a quest. Definitely killed all the required vikings as per several guides.
