Hey there @deeray85 - welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to hear that you have been encountering this issue whereby the raid at Ferrierès does not show as completed despite all objectives being completed.
The development team have been investigating this issue since the time of our last post, and we hope to have more information to share soon. For the moment, however, I'm afraid we do not have any additional information about when a fix will be implemented for the issue.
Please keep an eye on this megathread for all the latest information as we receive it.
@jandre2k3 Meanwhile, at Ubisoft...
“Sir, we still have unresolved bugs with the River Raids.”
“River what?”
“Uh... the players want—”
“THE PLAYERS WANT WHATEVER WE TELL THEM TO WANT. And right now, they want to spend more money on the Helix Store... now get back to work making more garbage gear sets that look cool.”
Hello there,
I apologise for the delayed update. Thank you for continuing to share your reports about River Raid locations showing as incomplete on your map despite fully raiding them.
Following the release of TU 1.4.1, the development team have been unable to reproduce this issue in-game. We will therefore be marking this thread as "Resolved."
If you are noticing that locations in your River Raids still aren't showing as complete after fully raiding them, please can you send us a video which shows the following:
I'd recommend uploading these videos to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then forward these reports to the development team for a closer look.
@Jandre2k3 & @TheNorfolkian - If you're still experiencing this issue in-game following the release of TU 1.4.1, can you please provide us with a video with the information requested above for further investigation?
Thanks!
@ubi-borealis
I have stumbled onto this issue within Patch 1.4.1.2 . I recorded the information you requested within a video accessed here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ARovl5_qTtydGNHB4XgB-Kvpx5nesO6h/view?usp=sharing: (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ARovl5_qTtydGNHB4XgB-Kvpx5nesO6h/view?usp=sharing) . After the recording I attempted to complete the zone again with no change in the result.
EDIT: After taking a break from river raids and returning later the zone shows as completed without any additional interaction.
Hello there @ValidusBasilius! Welcome to the forums
I'm sorry to hear that Island Monastery still shows as available to raid once you've collected all of the loot in the area. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us, and for including a video. I'm glad to hear that the issue seems to have resolved after taking a short break from raiding.
I've passed this video along to the dedicated teams so they can take a closer look. If the investigation into this issue is reopened, we will let you know within this thread.
If you encounter a location not completing as expected whilst raiding again, please don't hesitate to share your report within this thread and we'll take a closer look.
Thanks!
There are other threads about red axe markers still being active after completing a raid in one of the new River Raid areas, but I recently discovered that this problem exists for the rivers of the prior River Raids. Here is a video showing that the river raid did not end after I emptied all of the big chests at the Island Monastery on River Severn, and strangely I was able to even end and restart a raid despite that there was nothing left to really raid. If you have a similar example for ANY river where this problem exists, let’s make this the megathread for such examples. I’m on my XBox Series X with TU 1.3.1 installed and have no internet or technical issues.

I just had this happen at the exact same location and did exactly as you did... when it didn't end like it should have I manually ended it. Then looked at the map, the red axe was still there (as in not completed). Then before my crew had even run 10 feet back towards the boat I restarted the raid. Nothing worked, it's still bugged... I noticed on a subsequent page people were talking about the skill books. I did go through the Island Monestary a bit, grabbed the book and killed most of the enemies before I even started the raid, if that matters... 6 MONTHS and this still isn't fixed.... ridiculous. I'm on PS4
Hello there @Azhrei21!
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'd like to assure you that the investigation into this issue has been reopened, as confirmed in the title of the Megathread.
We don't yet have any updates to share from the dedicated teams regarding the investigation into this issue. Once any new details from the investigation, they will be posted within this thread. Additionally, any future updates will also be published via patch notes within the News & Announcements forum.
If you have any videos you would like to share from times you've experienced this issue in-game, please feel welcome to post them within this thread. We can then forward these to the dedicated teams to assist with the ongoing investigation into River Raid locations not marking as complete.
Thanks!
This happened to me right now, at the Island Monastery at River Severn. I raided this location before, but couldn't finish the raid since I couldn't bring all the goods with me. Now with the second time I'm raiding it and getting al the loot it doesn't show as a finished raid
@Gimatria Mine hardly ever show the "finished" icon (checkmark on the location and no longer offered "raid" button near it). Even though I have collected all the foreign supplies and loot chests (map has no more yellow dots or barrels). Mostly that happens if there is another location with loot closeby and the loot is shown in my navigation bar on top of the screen. It looks like the game thinks there is still unlooted stuff even though I finished it all.
I also found there is no downside of this. Your loot is yours to keep.
Hi @Gimatria and @Randelia !
We've opened our investigation into this, as we received some new reports. Could you please record a short video showing this issue the next time it happens? You can upload it to a streaming service website like YouTube or Google Drive and share a link with us here - we'll add it to the report to help with the investifation, thanks!
Hi Vikings!
After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.
I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.
I will now mark this thread as resolved and lock it.
