Moved Unsolved game bought from epic games wont launch

I bought Ac Valhalla from epic games store. When i click on it it restart the uplay and ask me to reset my password which i ve already done twice after it had asked. But it still ask me to reset and wont link epic games and uplay. And after that when i try to sign in to uplay it says that an epic games server is unavailable.

@tibethho Hey, and thanks for contacting us about not being able to access your game! Can you try running Epic and Ubisoft Connect as administrator? Then, try launching the game directly from Epic again. Also, please check out our site here as well.

Hey there @DampestDampOwl, this is not an issue that either Ubisoft or Epic is able to just outright fix, as the most common cause of this problem is an account linking issue, or an activation issue that is outside our control.
You should start by following the steps below!- Ensure that your Ubisoft and Epic Games accounts are linked, you can check this on the account management website.
- If your accounts are not linked, you may need to reach out to Epic Games support: (https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/) and our one-on-one support team to have them reset your accounts so you can attempt to link them again.
- Once your accounts are fully linked, make sure that the Epic Games launcher, Ubisoft Connect, and the game itself are all set to run with administrator rights.
- If you are still not able to launch the game properly, you should reinstall both launchers and the game files.
Finally, if the steps above do not let you get the game launched, you should create a support case so that our team can review your account in detail for any other possible causes of the issue.Official Response
