Unsolved Unable to progress in the main story as quests are unavailable

i got 2 quests related to the main story that i can't do " in a strange land & the road to valhala " both of them require me to speak to randvi and when i do
i only get the basic options 1 see the alliance map , kiss , etc etc " could you please help me it is clearly a bug in the questline . -

Can you please confirm the name of the last main quest you completed?
Could you also provide a video, this will help us to what you have done so far in the game. In the video we would need to see the following:- Your quest log screen
- Your completed quest log screen (scroll down to the bottom)
- Your alliance map
