@meatloafter - I'm sorry to hear that the trophies you unlocked on PC via Ubisoft+ haven't unlocked on PS5 once you've returned to this platform. Can you confirm if you've tried the following steps:

If your trophy was unlocked using an non-repeatable action (such as completing a story arc, creating your Jomsviking, or completing side quests), you will need to complete another main/side quest to trigger the trophy to unlock again on PS5. Many players have found that completing Petra's side quests, or completing quests as part of the Wrath of the Druids expansion (if able to) have caused more trophies to unlock.

If your trophy was unlocked using a repeatable action (such as collecting certain weapons, being thrown 30m by a Housecarl, or completing a raid), you will need to perform this action again in-game to trigger the trophy to unlock. For instance, for "Worthy" you will need to re-equip Mjolnir.

If you have tried these steps and are still missing some of your trophies, please can you fill in the full report provided above? We can then pass this along to the development team.

@LA_Frankie - Following the release of TU 1.3.1, the development team has requested that we open a new thread for all platforms, rather than just PS4 to PS5 migration. I apologise for any confusion that has been caused. I'd like to assure you that the team is still actively investigating the issue at large, and intend to continue releasing improvements in future updates.

Thank you for sharing your report again for us within this thread, and for clarifying which trophies from the expansions you are missing as well. I've shared this with the development team as part of the ongoing investigation.

@Valjackal - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way about the investigation. The development team originally deployed a fix for this issue in TU 1.2.1, however the investigation has continued following reports from players that they are still missing their achievements/trophies. I'd like to assure you that the development team are still actively investigating what could potentially causing achievements/trophies to not retroactively unlock when migrating to another platform. We have been asked to continue collecting reports from affected players to assist with the ongoing investigation. If we no longer require these reports, we will let you know within this thread.

@grelca - Thank you for sharing your report with us, and for including a link to a video. I've now passed this along to the development team for a closer look. Just to confirm, have you tried re-equipping Excalibur to see if "Caladfwlch" unlocks for you?

Great to hear that you were unable to unlock the "Caladfwlch" trophy by re-equipping Excalibur, @grelca! With regard to the "Rampage" trophy, have you tried raiding another location to see whether that pops up again for you as well? If you have no monasteries left to raid, you could try raiding a small camp to see if this works as well.

Please let us know! If that doesn't work, and we'll take a closer look into this with you! Answering the following questions in the following format would be helpful if so:

@Deornelas1408 - Welcome to Discussions, and thank you for sharing your report with us! I am sorry to hear that so many trophies did not unlock for you automatically after switching to PlayStation 5 from PlayStation 4. As a quick question, can you please confirm any steps you've already performed to try and get them to pop, such as completing some of Reda's daily quests, fast-travelling to each relevant region, and/or performing the action anew in the case of repeatable actions like "Rampage"?

I am sorry to hear that you've been unable to unlock the "Home Sweet Home" achievement on PlayStation 5 after moving across from Xbox Series X, as well as the trophies associated with the Wrath of the Druids expansion and Mastery Challenges. Could you please provide a full list of the affected trophies, as well as screenshots proving that you are eligible to have them unlocked? If you still have access to your Series X console, screenshots showing the achievements unlocked on there would also be helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

Hey there.

Yes unfortunately trophies will not be earned retroactively in a lot of cases and in some instances will only be unlocked by repeating the same action/completing the same quest again on another platform. If however the trophies are not unlocked after repeating the same action again please let us know which you've noticed aren't working correctly and we'll investigate further. Thanks.
