@Valtekken173 Hi, and welcome to the forum !
I've taken note of your message along with the details provided about the affected trophies.
As you mention that your playthrough was on PC, can you let us know if the problem persists after checking the steps of our dedicated PC connectivity troubleshooting guide ?
Similar to the PS5 guide linked previously, this will help check if sync problems were affecting the unlocks.
@spinonino Understood !
Your report has been forwarded to the Team, and the investigation is ongoing.
We thank you for your patience and understanding on the matter, and if you have questions, or for any other Issue, don't hesitate to let us know !

I forgot to mention that I uploaded my save from the PC playthrough on my newly bought PS4 copy, so that's the platform I'm not unlocking the trophies automatically on basically. As for the connectivity issues, I cannot check for a VERY valid reason: I used the Ubisoft Plus free month that was provided by Ubisoft itself on PC in September or August, can't remember exactly when. That subscription has since run out, but during that month I managed to get 100% on the game. In the meantime I just redid most of the remaining trophies' requirements again and unlocked them, but I really don't want to start a new game to unlock the trophy Rampage. Hopefully I can provide other info if requested, in light of these additional details.
@Ubi-MrM I have done everything in the connectivity guide - DMZ, UPnp, Gateway - with no changes in the trophy status. My PS5 reports connection speed test of 165 Mbps down, 11 Mbps up, so my connection looks good.
If it's a clue, the PS5 homescreen says,
Continue where you left off
Current Activity: Eivor's Saga | 20%
and the details card says to "Play the Main Story". Which I had completed 100% before the save transfer.
So maybe the settlement trophy also needs other things that aren't tracking right in this save file? Maybe instead of completing any random mission, can you identify specific tasks that would move the story completion past 20%, and repeating those might fix the trophy? (Though I have no idea how story progress might relate to the Orlog trophy. Would the Orlog tutorial be part of story progress and how would I repeat that?)
Thanks!
@Valtekken173 @crb042 Hi !
I've taken note of your messages along with the details given, and I wanted to thank you for sharing them with us !
@crb042 Completing any activity with the same unlock conditions (such as river raids for example) or a repeatable activity such as Reda contracts for the ones who can only be completed one time is part of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue.
We thank you for your patience and understanding on the matter, and if you'd like to share additional details, or if you have questions, don't hesitate to let us know !

With the recent announcement that Ubisoft will no longer be updating this game, should we assume then that this issue will remain unresolved? It's been 2 years now and honestly I'm neither hopeful that a resolution will be realized nor convinced that the development team considers this a priority, which really gives me pause when considering whether to purchase any future Ubisoft games.
So as have many others I have also come across this issue when transferring my save file over from PS4 to the PS5
Dual Entitlement AC Valhalla Gold Edition Digital PS4/PS5
Trophies that didn't unlock on PS5 are:
AC Valhalla (92%):
Viking Legend (Platinum)
Orlog Champion
Rampage
Builder
Home Sweet Home
Wrath of the Druids (20%):
Irish Legends
Ireland's Deliverance
Dawn Of The Druids
Like A Druid
All Roads Lead To Dublin
The Legend Of St. Patrick
King's Maker
For AC Valhalla:
- I replayed and won all the Orlog games again (it didn't unlock Orlog Champion)
- Did a River Raid (in England) - (it didn't unlock Rampage)
- There is no way to trigger Settlement Levels 3 and 6 - so they would require a new playthrough if this isn't fixed
For Wrath Of The Druids:
- I went to where the only Snake is in Meath - it wasn't there so The Legend of St Patrick remains locked unless I start a whole new game if this isn't fixed
I replayed over 10 Royal Demands (it didn't unlock King's Maker)
All the other trophies that are part of the Wrath Of The Druids are story related and would require starting a whole new game.
Sorry, but I've spent over 350 hours playing AC Valhalla on PS4, and at the end of it the game's load times were so slow I decided to transfer my save over to start Dawn of the Ragnarok.
But I can't be bothered anymore
This Cross Save issue was seemingly addressed with patch 1.2.1 but many patches later this is STILL is broken, and my fear is that you aren't going to fix it and leave us players with a broken Cross Progression save file and move on to Assassin's Creed Mirage.
You only need to look at the known issues megathread to see how pretty ridiculous it is that there are still that many issues that go back MONTHS that still aren't working
AC Valhalla is a bloated mess on the PS4 and frankly the load times are unacceptable on that platform.
I hope you take THIS thread and the known issues megathread seriously
All these issues should have been a made a priority before adding new content to the game
Well, read the patch notes for the "last chapter" on the fixes. No fix for this issue. Kind of surprising that something like this still isn't addressed in their last major patch.
Meanwhile, I recently transferred my Final Fantasy VII Remake save from PS4 to PS5. All PS4 trophies popped on the PS5, quick and easy. No "do X in the game and maybe it will trigger it to recognize a trophy criteria having already been met" nonsense.
Could Ubisoft get Square Enix on the phone and ask them what the trick is? Or give Sony a call and ask if they worked with Square Enix in creating a simple solution for checking for trophies on their network for games that transition from PS4 to PS5? The way Ubisoft has gone about this, telling people they need to re-run content and hope it triggers something, has got to be the programming equivalent of of trying to hold up a house with duct tape and glue.
@Torvaldesq Immortals Fenyx Rising has similar issues too.
Cross saving progression breaks the trophy list and some randomly unlock and others don't
So it has to be something that glitches the Cloud Save
Some configuration file or something.
@bitebug2003 My understanding with Immortal Fenyx Rising is that once you get a trophy on one platform the trophy is locked to that save so the only way to pop it again is to load a save before the trophy requirements are met and perform the action again. I don't believe auto pop is fully supported in that game.
I will be tackling the PS5 version earlier next year so will report my findings.
I posted on the now discontinued thread a year ago that my Home Sweet Home trophy is bugged, along with most of the Wrath of the Druids trophies, really upset this hasn't been addressed, especially now that the final update is out.
@Ubi-Borealis
The name of the achievement is "Double Trouble"
It is not unlocking on PS4, and I have not played AC Valhalla on another platform
Here are some images that should confirm the issues: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12JdqHk_EhMCu80_msPnN7jYIsbuizdMr?usp=share_link:: (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12JdqHk_EhMCu80_msPnN7jYIsbuizdMr?usp=share_link:) (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12JdqHk_EhMCu80_msPnN7jYIsbuizdMr?usp=share_link): (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12JdqHk_EhMCu80_msPnN7jYIsbuizdMr?usp=share_link))
Lets be honest here, ubisoft gave up on this 2 years ago
I'll just move on with my ps4 version at 100% and ps5 at 92%
THE END.
Hey @violence1337 , thanks for your post. I'm sorry you've not been able to unlock the last few trophies on PS5 - I can understand your disappointment over this. I can see our investigation is still ongoing. I know that's not a particularly worthwhile update to share, but I'd still rather post to say that your comments have been read and noted, rather than not post at all. Apologies again, and let me know if you've any questions!
I know that getting a patch is a big ask, but could one of the Ubi reps please talk to a coder about this? Ask them what exactly is the requirement for the Orlog trophy. What causes the game to check, and what exactly is it looking for?
Because it obviously needs more than recording all 19 victories on the map, so what else? We trophy hunters are creative, we'll figure out if there's a way to actually do that once we know more about what action to repeat.
