@AlexSinnerman7 - Thanks for confirming that you're still missing "Builder," "Home Sweet Home," and "Orlog Champion." I'm aware that you've shared your report with us previously, and have tried to unlock these by completing additional quests. The development team are still looking into why some trophies / achievements aren't retroactively unlocking as expected. Once we have any updates to share, they will be posted within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum.

@JoJoFatBear - You should be able to "replay" a raid by summoning your raiding crew whilst visiting a previously completed raid location (such as a monastery). You won't be able to re-loot the area, but a raid should still be triggered. To complete this raid, you'll need to defeat all enemies in the area. I was able to test this in my own game, and upon defeating the final enemy I got a prompt that the Raid had Completed. Would you be able to try this for us?

I'm sorry to hear that your Ireland and Isle of Skye trophies also aren't triggering as expected. Would you be able to record a short video for us that shows the following:

• The trophies that are unlocked on PS4 for you, and the trophies that are locked on PS5.
• That defeating an enemy in Ireland / Isle of Skye doesn't trigger these trophies to unlock for you.

We can then pass this along to the development team for a closer look at how these actions behave in your game.

@Ryusennin - Thanks for sharing how you were able to trigger "Rampage" to unlock. I understand that starting a new playthrough isn't an ideal workaround, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

@Jaymo87 - I'm sorry to hear that "Home Sweet Home" hasn't triggered for you. Just to confirm, have you tried completing any additional main / side quests to see if this caused the trophy to trigger on your platform?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to unlock "Rampage" again after migrating to PS5. Thanks for letting us know that you've tried replaying another raid to get the trophy to trigger. The development team are aware that some trophies aren't unlocking as anticipated, even if the requirements are met in-game again. We don't yet have any updates to share from the investigation. As soon as we have any new details to share from the development team, they will be posted within this thread and within patch notes published in the News & Announcements forum.

@MikeFaust413 - I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing the issue wherein Eivor will sometimes fly up into the sky and desynchronize. I recommend that you check out our dedicated Megathread for the investigation into this issue, as this is where we'll share any new information and updates from the investigation.

I apologise for any impact this issue has had on your gaming experience, and I would like to assure you that we are forwarding all feedback shared with us to the dedicated teams.

We don't have any updates to share from the investigation into retroactive trophies at this time. The Player Support team are checking in on the investigation regularly. Once we have any new details to share with you all, including any news of an ETA for a resolution, we will let you know within this thread as soon as we're able to.

If you haven't already, then we would recommend that you first try the following steps if some of your trophies have not retroactively unlocked after migrating platform:

• If your trophy was unlocked using an non-repeatable action (such as completing a story arc, creating your Jomsviking, or completing side quests), you will need to complete another main/side quest to trigger the trophy to unlock again on PS5. Many players have found that completing Petra's side quests, selecting a romance option with her or completing quests as part of the expansions (if you have access to these) have caused more trophies to unlock.
• If your trophy was unlocked using a repeatable action (such as collecting certain weapons, being thrown 30m by a Housecarl, or completing a raid), you will need to perform this action again in-game to trigger the trophy to unlock. For instance, for "Worthy" you will need to re-equip Mjolnir. In some cases, defeating NPC enemies (human or animals) or opening chests in-game can also trigger these achievements / trophies to trigger again.

If you are still missing some achievements / trophies after trying these steps, and haven't yet shared a report with us, then please can you provide us with the following information:

• Which achievement / trophy hasn't unlocked for you?
• Which platform did you migrate from, and which platform did you migrate to (such as PS4 to PS5)?

@guy14521452 - I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble unlocking "Not the Norse You're Looking For." Thanks for letting us know that you've tried repeating the actions in-game, and that the trophy still hasn't triggered for you. The development team is looking into why some trophies aren't unlocked as anticipated after migrating platforms, even after repeating the requirements. As soon as we have any updates to share, we will let you know within this thread.

@LeBonneh - I'm sorry to hear that two of your trophies have locked again after being previously unlocked. Just to confirm, you have always played Assassin's Creed Valhalla on PS4?

If you haven't already, could you try repeating the unlock actions for the trophies to see if this causes them to trigger again?
