    Hello there @inxcognito!

    I'm sorry to hear that your game has reverted back to TU 1.3.0. Our teams are actively investigating what could have caused this issue to occur. To help with the investigation, can you please provide us with all of the following information:

    • Which platform do you play on (PC / PlayStation / Xbox)?
    • Have you been able to successfully update your game to TU 1.3.1? If so, were you able to play any of the game on TU 1.3.1.?
    • Did your game "re-update" after downloading TU 1.3.1 originally?
    • When was your latest save created?
    • Do all of your saves show as corrupted, or only some? If you're able to provide an image showing your corrupted saves, this will be helpful for further investigation.
    • Can you please send us an image that shows your game has TU 1.3.0 installed. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.


    Can you also confirm if you were able to access your saves again if your game did update back to TU 1.3.1? Or do your saves still remain corrupted?

    Yesterday I updated my game to 1.3.1 and played new River Raids for few hours.

    This morning I launched my game and I saw that it's actually downloading another update. I didn't pay attention to size or anything cause I thought it's a smaller one for some additional bug fixes.

    After it finished downloading, I launched the game and I saw that it's back to 1.3.0 version and some of my save files got corrupt.

    I tried restarting Ubisoft Connect and Verifying files but I'm still not able to download 1.3.1 again

    @sammarok you didn't lose opal because they are stored online on your account, not the game itself

    Same problem for me. I played yesterday after downloading 1.3.1 and everything worked fine. Now this morning I had a new 12gb patch to download and after that all my saves are corrupted. I play on PC

    @ubi-borealis Hey, my game is actually updating now to 1.3.1 again. The update appeared after I verified files and restarted Ubisoft Connect. I'll let y'all know if save files are still corrupted after it finishes downloading

    Same problem here.

    Yesterday the game update to 1.3.1 Today the game loads a 12 GB pacht to version 1.3.0 and all savegames are corrupted. Many Thanks! Now it looks like the game download the patch again with 26 GB...

    So to your questions:

    • Which platform do you play on (PC / PlayStation / Xbox)? PC
    • Have you been able to successfully update your game to TU 1.3.1? If so, were you able to play any of the game on TU 1.3.1.? Yes. Yesterday for hours.
    • Did your game "re-update" after downloading TU 1.3.1 originally? Yes, Today with a 12 GB Patch
    • When was your latest save created? Yesterday, about 5 pm
    • Do all of your saves show as corrupted, or only some? If you're able to provide an image showing your corrupted saves, this will be helpful for further investigation. All savegames are corrupted. Local savegames and my cloud savegames
    • Can you please send us an image that shows your game has TU 1.3.0 installed. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.


    If the download is completed, I will check the savegames again...

    Thanks for sharing your report with us, @Suslik21! I've passed this along to the dedicated team. Once the game has downloaded this additional update, can you let us know if you're back to TU 1.3.1, and if your saves have been restored? If your saves are still corrupted, or if your update version is still showing as TU 1.3.0, please can you provide us with some images? We can then add these to your report.

    In the meantime, if you have been prompted to reinstall TU 1.3.0, please can you try verifying your game files? This should push TU 1.3.1 to update again on your platform. Once the update has fully installed, please can you launch your game and let us know if the issue has been resolved? If you are able to reinstall TU 1.3.1 and your saves remain corrupted, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread so we can investigate further.

    Yes I played on TU 1.3.1 yesterday
    Yes the game "re-updated" today
    My last save was yesterday 7 september at 11.30pm
    All my saves was corrupted
    Cant send image because now the game is updating to 1.3.1 again I think

    I verified game files and restarted Uplay, so the game started a download. Will check save files status when it's done

    @ubi-borealis This image is affter I downloaded the game (not finished yet), my load game is empty now

    Same here, I will verify the files and then reinstall the game maybe !

    Or is it possible to force the game to re-update the 1.3.1 ?

    Please don't hesitate to update us once your game has finished fully downloading, @quanzaizai!

    @Suslik21 - The team have reached out to me and they'd like some additional information from you. Can you please confirm if you are able to successfully launch the game with TU 1.3.1 installed after restarting Ubisoft Connect? We'd like to check that no further updates are being pushed following a launcher restart. Please ensure that you manually save your game prior to closing the game and the launcher.

    @Lee4396hehe & @SITEKS - Thanks for sharing your reports with us. Please can you try verifying your game files, as this should trigger TU 1.3.1 to install on your platform. Once the game has fully installed, please can you provide us with an update and let us know if you're able to successfully access your save files again?

    @ubi-borealis It's still downloading for me because somehow I need to download 116GB instead of ~20GB like everyone else here. Again, I'll let you know what happens and if my corruped save files will be fixed
