Unsolved A few quests cannot be progressed

So this is one quest, but the main quests in each of the DLC are like this for me, the people I'm supposed to meet, are dead. If I start a saved game from the quest prior, I can get to him, but as soon as I'm within 5-10 feet, he drops dead.

Hey there @sltrhouseking - welcome to Discussions, and thank you for posting on the forums about these issues! I am sorry to hear that you are noticing NPCs tied to quest progression falling dead before you can interact with them for the quests concerned.
Could you possibly provide a video showing this happening in each quest concerned? Can you also please confirm if only DLC quests are affected, or if other NPCs from quests in the main game are also impacted? How many quests would you say that you have noticed this behaviour occuring in, as well?

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
