Unsolved No game progress or trophies after upgrading to PS5 version from PS4

Hi All,
As the title says, I have upgraded to PS5 and downloaded the upgrade to play AC V from PS4 Disc.
I have downloaded my save games from the cloud and whilst the game continues from my saves point there is no game progression % or any of my trophies showing. Game progression shows 0%
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to restore my trophies and progress % from my PS4 play?

@jonnom77 The trophy lists are separate for the PS4 and PS5 version. I'm afraid that the trophies will not automatically pop when you load your save. To unlock the trophies that you have already earned on the PS4 version for the PS5 version you would need to either complete the required action again or complete a quest or side quest.
If you experience any issues with unlocking any of the trophies after completing a quest, side quest or by completing the action again then please let us know.
With regards to your game progression, can you please explain what you mean by this? Are there no quests available after loading your save from the cloud?Official Response
