Unsolved Unable to Complete “Reporting on Vinland” Quest

I am playing version 4.01 on the PS4 and cannot complete the “Reporting on Vinland” quest as I cannot interact at all with Randvi at Ravensthorpe.
The quest marker appears over her head but there is no dialogue option to speak with her when I approach like there usually is.
I’ve tried fast traveling to different locations and restarting the game but nothing has fixed the bug. At this point, loading to an earlier save isn’t an option either as I’ve progressed too far. -

@timc4796 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
I have only found one other post where another player has encountered this. They were able to complete the quest by speaking to Sigurd first who gave them another quest to go to Norway, in that quest they needed to speak to Randvi again and the option was available to report on Vinland.
Can you please provide a video to show that you have completed the Vinland map and that you are unable to speak to Randvi, then can you try the workaround I mentioned above to see if that works.Official Response
