Solved Wrath of Druids Data Corrupt PC - save error message

I have been playing Wrath of the Druids now for about 45 minutes this morning when I fast traveled and the game popped up and said "Unable to save". I tried to manually save and it says
"Failed to save game progress. An error has just occurred that is stopping your game from being saved"
Then I looked at my saved games and several of them say "Data Corrupted!" as shown in the screenshot. Why is this happening, how can I fix this, and how can I prevent this from happening again?

We will need to see this image you have posted in the forum, as well as an image showing the update version you are using.
If you could possibly answer the following questions too when you contact us, this would be very helpful to us >- Does this issue only occur while playing the expansion content or do you also experience it on other maps in the game?
- How many total saves slots do you have and how many of them have the Corrupt error?
- If you switch your connect launcher to 'start in offline mode' are you then able to access these save files again?

Hello, thank you for replying. Fortunately I won't need your help anymore as the issue has resolved itself.
Resolution: i continued playing for a while (even though it wouldn't let me autosave. manual save, or quick save). After fast travelling and continuing the story for another half hour, I was suddenly able to save (and load) again. I have played for several more hours and the issue has not come back.

I do believe I spoke to another player today, who may have had a similar issue, I have asked for more information to be sure. I will make sure I advise the steps you took, to carry on the game, to see if the autosave works again later on in their playthrough.
If by any chance you remember the last action you took in-game, or the name of the last quest you completed, before the save file error message came up, please let me know. If you can't remember, no worries, I am still happy you are able to now save your progress
