Hi, I just reached level 11 and when redeeming the stuff from 8 and 10 (afrofuturist mask and grid system outfit) they don't show up, there's a check mark indicating I unlocked them in the battle pass but they don't show up in the game screen like when you get a new item and they don't show up in the wardrobe, they don't show up in the offline wardrobe either

I have problem season 3 rank rewards after claim that they doesn"t unlock because i cant find in my library after claim it rank 8,rank 10 and rank 14 rewards after claim they dont appear in my dedsec store

I have the same problem on Xbox One.

I've ranked up to level 20 (at the time of posting) and have claimed the rewards that I've earned up to that level but only the leather Wayfarer Hat (rank 1 reward) and leather Wayfarer Boots (rank 4 reward) have appeared at the wardrobe but nothing else.

I also should have gotten:

• Afrofuturist Face Mask (Rank 8 Reward)
• Grid System Clothing Set (Rank 10 Reward)
• Grid System Mask (Rank 14 Reward)
• Afrofuturist Innerwear (Rank 17 Reward)
• Ornate Nocturne Clothing Set (Rank 20 Reward)

Steps that I have taken to try to troubleshoot:

• Switched to another playable character (operative) and rechecked the wardrobe...
• Restarted the game and tried again...
• Restarted Ubisoft Connect...
• Verified game files via Ubisoft Connect...

Same, this should really be fixed

@neovoltron same mine also not showing Im at rank 34 nd only hat n boot or inf, wd cr are rewarded and nothing else..

I recently went back on Watch Dogs: Legion to try out the online mode. I was enjoying the game until I wanted to recruit an Albion Security Agent. It keeps telling me that I need to get the 10th season rank. I'm actually rank 13, 276/300 XP and I can't recruit him. Him or any recruit that needs a rank 10.

Any help ?

@ecivhks Do you have enough influence points to recruit him? Do you have room on your team to recruit him? Those would be the first things I would check.

@mstrtarvos Yes, he costs me 18 influence points, I got 23. And I have 5 slots left.

There seems to be an issue with the current season 3: Nobles rewards. I have also been affected by this. Once the rewards have been claimed, the items doesn’t appear in the wardrobe, simply not there.

Example of clothing items NOT appearing in wardrobe, from my experience:

• Afrofuturist facewear, Grid System clothing set, Grid System mask, Afrofuturist innerwear, Ornate Nocturne clothing set, Afrofuturist hat, Crown of Change mask.

Example of clothing items IS appearing in wardrobe, from my experiecne (but not for some other players):

• Wayfarer hat, Wayfarer shoes, Afrofuturist outerwear, Afrofuturist bag.

@ecivhks Okay so that covers the obvious options, can you recruit other people of any other rank?

The rank 8 and rank 10 items are not accessible after having claimed them. They aren't in the wardrobe either. I'm on Xbox One.

I can add images showing the items have been claimed and my gamertag if needed.

Hello. I'm having the same problem as OP on Xbox One. I can't seem to upload an image with a small enough file size here to show that the rewards were claimed, but the rank 8 and rank 10 items have not been given to me and are not accessible in the wardrobe. Can you help me solve this? Gamertag is Jetset57
