    I've got this reward in the game, but it also shows get it for free, and it's useless to click it. This situation has happened for a long time. I found support before and didn't solve this problem. He asked me to pay attention to the forum, so I post this post now.

    Hello @hesitateyou thank you for posting about the Altair outfit. We are aware that some players received the outfit previously already when they redeemed the Godly reward pack, as this pack also gifted the exact same Altair outfit which is currently listed in the Ubisoft Connect rewards.

    Did you previously obtain the outfit via the Godly Reward offer and does it appear in your inventory already?

    Or, did you not claim this outfit previously, nor can you claim it via Ubisoft Connect rewards?

    I bought Valhalla in February, when the Chinese Spring Festival was on sale. After I bought Valhalla, I didn't immediately download the game and began to play. I just got some free items in reward. It seems to me that I got Altair's output at that time. Because I didn't download the game at that time, I really don't know what's the godly reward pack that you said.

    Later, I only started playing in May. At that time, I heard that UBI released an Altair's outfit, but I vaguely remember that I seem to have this. I click to get it for free, but failed. After entering the game, I found that I really already have Altair's outfit.

    At that time, I didn't take it to heart. I thought it was a normal Ubisoft classic network problem. After all, it had appeared many times before. But after many months, this problem still exists.     same for me :
    Altaïr Outfit = owned in game (Godly reward)
    Altaïr Outfit = available to claim in Ubisoft Connect rewards (not shown as owned)

    Note : this is also the case for several other Ubisoft Connect rewards
    (for example : Beowulf mission, Jackdaw items, that the Ubisoft Connect indicates that I can buy them for Units even if meanwhile I already own them ingame, or have already finished the missions ingame.....)
