Hallo ich bekomme maximal nur 31 shd-Punkte, obwohl laut Inventar maxmal 500 ansammeln kann. Nach erreichen von 31 Punkten wird keiner mehr dazugezählt.

I took the liberty of designing a system that I want to call SHD Beacon, that acts as a complimentary value to Skill Modding. It's not particularly complex but I feel it can add some dynamism to the lackluster options for Skill Modding and enhance Hybrid Builds.

Part 1:

Skill Mods Library

Part of this process would entail removing Skill Mods entirely from the game as loot and replacing them with Craftable Mods in a similar fashion to Weapon Mods. This would mean adding more mods specific to each Skill Type and the bonuses they benefit from with Skill Tiers.

For Example:

Radius for Chem Launchers (already in the game)
Drone Speed for Hives
Threat Mods for Decoy

So basically, every individual item for each skill will be available as a modding option/

Part 2:

Slot Agnostic Mods

Most mods would require to be slot agnostic. That means, no restrictions over the slot in which they are allocated. You could add 3 Radius Mods to a Seeker, or 3 Charges Mods to a Stinger or 2 Repair Mods to a Chem Launcher.

The idea here is that you truly choose what Attributes you want for your Skills to boost.

Part 3:

SHD Beacon

The SHD Beacon is a "third" Skill that all agents would carry at all times as part of their ISAC Brick. But it's not activated manually, instead it's a Passive that is active at all times.

This Beacon would have 3 Mod Slots you can use, but Mods would have a Slot Count Requirement that varies depending on how powerful the Mod is, and it applies globally to both of the Agent's Equipped Skills.

Here's a list of the options:

30% Skill Haste Value: 1 Slot
20% Skill Efficiency Value: 2 Slots
30% Status Effects Value: 1 Slot
50% Skill Duration Value: 1 Slot
50% Skill Repairs Value: 1 Slot
20% Skill Damage Value: 2 Slots
20% Explosive Damage Value: 2 Slots
SHD Battery (Skill Tier +1) Value: 3 Slots

As you can see, there are some powerful combinations, but the SHD Beacon is balanced on itself via the amount of slots required. For example: You can't stack Explosive and Skill Damage, or Skill Damage and Skill Efficiency. But you can stack Skill Haste and Skill Efficiency.

Part 4:

Seasonal Unlocks

In the spirit of Destiny Seasonal Artifacts, the SHD Beacon would also have unlocks tied to your Season Pass Level that vary from Season to Season and they're relevant to the Season.

For Example, for the Current Season, examples for those unlocks would be:

500% Melee Damage (1 Slot)
100% Grenade Damage (2 Slots)
100% Weapon Swap Speed (1 Slot)
30% Speed Movement (3 Slots)
