Unsolved Bug can’t read letters at the longhouse

After the first like five main quest I could read letters from characters I helped. But now I can’t, did not notice at first but after I read little online I noticed that I haven’t gotten letters from Stowe, Erke and more. When I go to Ireland I can read letters from characters their but not at the main base.

@ubi-wheelyduck I'm experiencing the same issue as well, and have been since December. I'm not sure what y'all need a video of. Eivor walks up to the box where the letters should be and there's no option to read them. I know there are letters that should be available because Eivor says, "A message has come," and there's nothing to click on.
