Unsolved Re-entering Asgaard for Fenrir fight drops me into lava and I get desynced

So, yeah, the topic title explains it all. I'm essentially done with the game except for this fight, the last main storyline fight, and the big icy bear fight.
Obviously, irritating that I can't get into Asgard. As soon as I wake from the dream I'm falling through lava forever.
Anybody else have this issue? Any suggestions? -

Sorry to hear that you are dropped into lava when entering Asgaard.
Would it be at all possible to share with us a link to a video so we can see exactly what you see?

Here's video showing the result of the sampling of the Asgard potion (uh, death by lava) and then the result of a subsequent post-desynchronization event (again....death by lava)

I can confirm that other players have reported the same issue and it is being investigated. The development team will require a copy of your save files to help them with their investigation.
Can you please follow the steps provided in this support article to obtain your save files, then you can either submit a support ticket and provide the reference number here and I can get the save files from there to forward on or you can upload them to a file sharing website and provide the URL link.Official Response
