No matter what control point I try to take. All the enemies are immune to anything I throw at them. Is there a trick or something. Like do I have to destroyer something to where they can take damage? Ubisoft is really poor at explaining things about there events. I have searched the all over the net to a resolve. Haven't found a thing.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

You need to kill their Guardian first in order to be able to damage them. Guardians are the ones with the yellow markings (shape of a shield with a black silhouette inside) above their heads. You can also "find" Guardians by following those little, thin lines connecting them and the enemies they guard.

Upon killing a Guardian you will be granted the Guardian buff. With this buff you get a bunch of bonuses and you can also damage targets that usually would still be immune thanks to a living Guardian. Upon killing any enemy the buff refreshes. So that's really a lot fun!

Oh and you can also melee an immune enemy to make him vulnerable for a short time. And you can destroy a Guardian's weakpoints to bring down their shield for a few seconds...

    Edit:
Just in case – this information can also be found ingame! Go to the season's menu and hover over the Guardians GE. You now should be able to press a button to "Open" the GE's description. You will then see the daily tasks and your progress. Here you can now press a button for "Details". The attached screenshot comes from those "Details" (but taken during season 3):

Hey @oseemzlegito! To confirm, in the Guardians Global Event, the Guardians make the enemies immune to damage. Once the Guardian has been taken out, the enemies will lose immunity for a short time. You can also check out the screenshot that @Noxious81 previously posted as well for more information!
