Ungelöst Schatzkiste beim Bruderschaftshaus Lutetia (Belagerung von Paris)

Moin,
bei dem Bruderschaftshaus gibt es eine Schatzkiste, an die ich nicht dran komme. Ist das ein bekannter Bug oder finde ich einfach den Weg dort hin nicht? Im Bruderschaftshaus selber habe ich jeden Winkel abgesucht, es führt aber kein Weg zur Schatzkiste, obwohl die in direkter Nähe ist (wenn man das Loch von oben nach unten runter klettert.
Ist jemand schon an diese Kiste dran gekommen?

Er ist etwas weiter nördlich, unter dem "u" des Wortes Seuchenviertel. Ein Tümpel mit 2 Booten. In den Eingang mit dem Boot reinfahren oder reinschwimmen.
In dem Areal hinter dem runterhängenden Efeu ist die Kiste unter Wasser.
