Unsolved Unable to complete A River to Raid

I am unable to complete the quest A river to Raid as the Foreign Supplies never spawn / appear. No matter what site the only boxes that appear are Big Ration Chests. All chests opened only give leather and ore. I raided every site on the rivere exe and there were no foreign supplies on the whole map

Sorry to hear you encounter this.
Please note that once you have completed the River Raids, Vagn's map will show that Foreign Supplies have been exhausted, and you won't receive any more when completing River Raids. You will still receive other material such as leather or iron ore.

@ubi-wheelyduck Thanks for that info but i have not completed the first river raid mission... i dont have access to Vagn's map or to any of the upgrades for the longship. i'm basically stuck on the "tutorial mission" where we take out the visitors ship.

Thank you for the update! From the video I can see that you attacked a small camp that is not a military base or a monastery - they will be available further down the river. As soon as you attack a monastery or military camp, you will be able to complete this raid!

@ubi-mark Thanks but i can clear the entire map without finding anything and because the tutorial is not complete i can also not leave the area... I'll upload another video
