Unsolved Valhalla DLC

I’m trying to purchase some DLC for Valhalla but I’m getting a “content no longer available” and “no products available for my account for PlayStation network”. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear that you are unable to purchase DLCs. This issue usually occurs while your PSN account is set up for a different region that you're currently located. Can you please confirm your location, your PSN settings, and if you're using VPN by any chance?

@ubi-mark as far as I can tell, it keeps showing me the correct location and everything seems to be correct and I am not using a VPN. Would I need one for this?

@blitzkrieg_888 Not quite! You can just tell us your region, no screenshot required. Then, in addition, we would ideally like a screenshot showing the error you've encountered when trying to find the content on the PSN store. This will help us to look into the issue. @ubi-thrupney I’m back, sorry for the delay. To be able to double check what country I was in, I had to wait for one of my subscriptions to expire.
I double checked the correct country which is the United States and I’ve added a VPN
Im unable to add screenshots because the page says they are too big. But they say online service error and no content or products are available for my account for the PSN (0x20000015) -

Can you please follow all of the steps provided on this connectivity troubleshooting article. In particular, please ensure that you have port forwarding configured correctly.
If you have correctly configured your port forwarding and the issue is still persisting, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread so we can investigate further. Can you also let us know if you own the digital or physical version of the game?
