Unsolved "Walsham Crag, Daughter of Lerion" not registering as completed after completing the fight

Hi, I am currently completing a playthrough of Valhalla on PC when I attempted to complete the Daught of Lerion fight at Walsham crag. However, upon winning the fight,
the game did not register the fight being completed and still displayed the fight icon. At the time of the issue, I am playing on version 1.3.0. I have also verified my game files to try and fix the issue. I also load an earlier save with the same issue still occurring.

I'm sorry to hear that your battle with Regan shows as incomplete on your map, despite the fact you have defeated her in-game. Would you be able to provide us with a video which shows the following:- That the mystery location of Walsham Crag shows as uncompleted on your map.
- That Regan has been defeated at this location.
- Your in-game inventory, showing that you have unlocked Thor's gear set.
I'd recommend uploading this video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
