Hello, haven't found any reference to these bugs so I'll be describing them here.
-The merchants in francia can continuously sell the same tattoos, effectively making you spend silver for nothing if you don't realize.
- The mastery points stopped taking effect and stopped counting to power level (before dlc was around power level 475, got reset to power level == to every node in skill tree), and the levels are all messed up (completed every new skill tree, and the enemies IN FRANCIA still appear as higher levelled [before you ask, I have level scaling set to Default])
-The tab to access the boots category on the blacksmith is nowhere to be found, (if I had to guess putting the short sword tab overflowed the tab count to be shown)
-- This one I think it has existed before the dlc, but after going to a tattoo parlor (the shop to change tattoos) usually if we had tattoo schematics in the inventory they would be "redeemed" , well after redeeming mondraniht tattoos they keep apearing as if I've unlocked them again on the inventory, and on the side as if I'm being notified of waht I just looted.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@rki99
Hey there!
I've grouped these together based on the situation for each of them. Many thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.

The three issues above are known to the development team and are under active investigation. Please keep an eye on the forums for updates!
-The tab to access the boots category on the blacksmith is nowhere to be found, (if I had to guess putting the short sword tab overflowed the tab count to be shown)
This issue is a new one and I believe was reported today. Can you ensure your latest cloud save is available and let me know if/when it is? The development team have requested these from all affected players.
@ubi-orion no, it's not new...
here are the megathreads for each issue:
[Siege of Paris] Unable to enhance/downgrade trousers at the Blacksmith
Mōdraniht Tattoos keep being added to inventory following TU 1.2.2
Duplicate Ouroboros tattoo
and some duplicates
Hair & Tattoo Copies
Paris tattoos
What might be new is that mastery points bug...
Hiw could you be 475 power level, @rki99?
@bielik01
I am well aware that the category name is trousers but thanks for clarifying that for us. I was just using the same terminology used by the player reporting the issue, the category name is trousers but the visual icon focuses on the boots so I knew what they were referring to.
@ubi-orion
he means the issue about the trousers/pants/boots, is not new, it was reported on the dlc launch day i believe.
[Siege of Paris] Unable to enhance/downgrade trousers at the Blacksmith | POST HERE | Ubisoft Forums
@ubi-orion Hello,
Please feel free to use my cloud save, checked it today and it was up to date and still has the bug
@bielik01 Yes, that I understand, the problem I have is with everything maxed out, and that amount of mastery points, I still find "red" marked enemies, and see a decrease to each hit,(I've been paying attention only to first hits, no runes in effect).
I guess that classification is done paying attention only to power level, but I always thought that mastery points would offset this, (It was what I felt while allocating these points).
Playing on drengr difficulty, could be that the power levels set in francia are a bit higher than shown on the map...
Hello there @rki99!
As there has been some further discussion within this thread following @Ubi-Orion's post, I would just clarify the issue you're encountering with Mastery points.
To my understanding, you have reached the skill level of 465, and you have increased your mastery points to 49 Bear, 50 Wolf and 50 Raven. When fighting enemies in Francia, which should have a power level of around 415 with level scaling set to default, they're all marked with red skulls and don't take as much damage as enemies in other regions. Is this correct?
It would be helpful to have a video that demonstrates the issue you're encountering in-game, as well as providing a closer look at some of your in-game configurations. Could you please send us a video which shows the following:
I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a sharable link within the forums.
Thanks!
@ubi-borealis Hello, sorry for the delay.
