Ubisoft idk if ur gonna read this or not this is just a suggestion but could u release an update where paris gates are open for eivor to explore after the dlc is beaten, maybee remove those iron spikes off of the walls, and with this update also make it so we can explore charles palace post siege, it was such a pretty building i would like to be able to explore the intirior some more when its not burning.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

If there are not any collectibles in that specific zone, they're not going to open it back up. We asked them to let us bring the Vinland outfit to England and they responded with the cosmog system.
@jakeypoo12345
I also was disappointed you could not go back. You can fly over it and see the destroyed city, but you can not visit it? A very strange decision.
@b00msie True, theres no collectables because they only intended it for just one mission.... Its super annoying im a big history nerd and all i wanted to do was walk around the intirior of paris and the palace courtyard and the palace itself and the sewers... maybee a tavern or two the church, and this being an ac game they should have added a sync point at the palace
@jakeypoo12345 Most likely the buildings are nothing but an outer shell with occlusion walls behind them and nothing at all on the inside ..... Think House of Cards or a movie set with just the facade of buildings but not actual buildings
@b00msie I’m imagining some funny dialogue for that picture from a familiar movie...
Eivor: What’s this? Spikes?
Frankish Soldier: Ah-ha... it’s the northerner with the brain of a duck! We Frankish fellows outwit you once again!
Eivor: Come down from there and fight me fairly, or I will figure out a way to confirm your death.
Frankish Soldier: No chance, you Swedish meatball!
Eivor: Wha—Hey, I’m not Swedish...
Frankish Soldier: I wave my private parts at your auntie and burst my pimples at your tiny-brained silliness, you bed-wetting wiper of other people’s bottoms!
Eivor: Alright, that’s it...
Then Eivor proceeds to find a way in and murders that fool in the harshest way possible.
I just got into the centre of Paris. 'Access The Animus' released a video earlier, showing where to enter. You have to FFW to about 5mins, 10 secs into the video for the point of entry! Happy exploring.
Edit: Just forgot to say that the video contains spoilers!
@thegardener25
Thanks a lot, that works great! When you walk in Paris, it almost looks like this want meant to be accessible...
I can see one problem (well actually hear it) .... Notice there are still siege sounds going on in the background and people screaming yet there are no signs of anything like that happening. The trigger points for the sounds are still there but the NPCs and events for those sounds are not ...... I'd bet Ubisoft didn't want to take the time (Or couldn't make the deadline for the release) or spend the money to develop a new soundtrack for that area post-siege so they just blocked access .... Hopefully they fix it in the future
Not really surprising it is not completely finished before release much like the rest of the game so far .....
@longjohn119
That is on more places, you keep hearing the sounds of old events. In the south of Paris on the square, on the festival terrain next to Ravensthorpe etc...
