Unsolved Regan Sister Glitch

I was working my way thru the territories and trophy hunting when I realized that "Regan" the sister in East Anglia is glitched. I have completed the fight and won, confirmed the kill and even have the gear piece and dagger from her. On the map it is still showing as incomplete. It is worth mentioning that I did port over my save from PS4 to PS5 but did this fight for the first time on PS5. Any news would be appreciated as it is one of the last things I need for that beloved Platinum Trophy.
