Moved Season pass- what's the point of early access if it doesn't work?

So, I am one of the players who pre-ordered the game with the season pass. According to the ubisoft twitter account, I should be able to start the siege of Paris DLC on the 11th of August at 12:00 utc time...despite this, i still cannot access it nor is the download initiated. I remember there being the same issue with wrath of the druids. What is the point in early access season passes when they do not work?

I'm having the same issue. I'm on Xbox One and a season pass owner. I was thinking that the SIege of Paris DLC would be accessible at 8:01 AM EDT, but it's still not showing up in the store to download.
Does anyone know if it will be available today? -

on the xbox you have to right click on the game and on "manage installed add-ons" then select the add-on and save changes. then the download starts, it is not yet available in the store

I'm on a base PS4.
It did not start initially for me.
Checking the addons for the game showed the DLC was not downloaded despite having purchased it.
I have completed the main game, Druids, and Beowolf DLCs.
I had to re-download it as well as the SoP DLC which had to be done through the PS4 store. Still it was not active.
Shut down my PS4 and came back 30 minutes later and am in-game.
DLC starts fine and no issues....yet and hopefully not. -
