Suggestion for a new GT-R or fixing its rims

Not gonna lie, I really want to see the newer models of the Nissan GT-R R35 NISMO in the game. Yes, specifically the NISMO trim. I'm currently looking at the 2020 model year, since I feel like the exposed carbon hood of the newest model looks a little weird to me. Maybe I'm the only one bothered by that, though. If that's not possible, can we at least fix the color of the NISMO rims for the R35? They're not supposed to be any kind of blue. They were always, and I mean always black, yet they've been blue since release, as far as I'm aware. How has that not been fixed yet?
