Unsolved War Effort quest can't be completed

So despite the hotfix 2 days ago that was supposed to fix it, I'm still unable to complete the Sigrblot Festival quest War Effort. I've completed every possible step of progress on the posts & the progress bar is completely full. The quest keeps directing me to the posts & says to consult them & only 1 of which I can interact with but Eivor just says to look around & see what needs doing.
I've tried completing all the replayable steps (call a feast, get a tattoo, play Orlog, sparing arena etc) but nothing is working or causing it to progress.
Considering the hotfix was supposed to finish this, I dunno what else to do or try, I'm open to any suggestions as I'm completely stumped. -

Hi there, thanks for providing this footage and sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue after this hotfix. If possible could you confirm that your game is fully up to date and also which platform you are currently playing on so we can get this looked into further.
