So there's numerous glitches doing the rounds in the DZ.
1. Players becoming invisible in DZ West. I don't know how this glitch is activated but have seen the consequences of it. Basically players become totally invisible.

2. Infinite traps. Says it all really

These glitches are ruining this game even more and an urgent maintenance is required. This needs fixing ASAP

Hmm, these sound like hacks, not glitches.
At the moment the only remedy is to move to another DZ if you run into these guys.

@ubifate Wouldn't that go against the rule of naming and shaming since he would be posting proof of people cheating?

@mattjib I share Adrian-'s sentiment that these sound more like hacks than a mere glitch. Do you have any clips of this happening to you in the DZ?

These are not hacks. The traps is a glitch where you can keep destroying traps to gain more but the other traps remain there. It's a major issue with the rigger set it does the animation that you've destroyed it but the traps remain there. It is being abused so badly in the DZ and needs an urgent fix or disable the rigger set in DZ PvP

Mmh, nice. He's cheating, he's showcasing that he's cheating, he's teaching people how to cheat, and yet he's still around. Pretty good job so far!

I had an awesome glitch on myself.

I was not able to deploy my crusader shield. Then realised it was invisible deployed but I still had complete movement running around.

The shield was essentially taking damage prior to damaging armor without restriction and could run, dive around etc.

Wow. That's horrible. He's right it's totally broken, but until they fix it, it's just a cheater's dream and an honest player's nightmare.

that happens a lot for me , mostly in areas where the game has to render a lot of stuff at the same time , like more enemy spawns , it usualy corrects itself after a few seconds , but until it does you are right ,you can run and vault and do all you do without a shield but with the protection of the shield , its highly confusing though as this usualy happens mid battles where you have a lot to process at the same time and it takes a couple of seconds to realize it is happening.

Since the last update, I have found some of the sounds do not sysnc with the action.
2.Today outside of the DZ in DC I was fighting invisable people
3.There is also a spot in NY just outside of Haven where I was on an air vent turned the corner to the box around the corner and it showed I was out of bounds, when I wasn't and then it rebooted the scene.

@mattjib i havent seen the invisibility one but on xbox ive seen...and been on the business end of...what was probably a couple of hundred shrapnel traps in a dz west checkpoint, whichever it is top and center...in a 3v1 if i remember right...pretty sure it was rigger the guy was using. I seem to think i took a clip, i'll have to see if i can find it. Either way, it's a ridiculous game breaking thing if not fixed. I left the cp door to a platform of probably 100, rolled down the stairs, probably 50 more on there...a good 100 at the bottom of the stairs...needless to say...i didn't survive and pretty much just turnes to pve at that point. Now pve, amazing, pvp...jesus christ...you know what...just dont bother next time.

You'll have to copy and paste it into the web address to view it. The first few times i went out were much worse than this, this was just the only clip that stuck, xbox was having issues with clipping at the time. Was a couple of days ago this clip.

@dreadedrev i have no issue with people finding out how to do these things but making a clip for likes and subscribers isnt the way to go about getting it fixed. By all means make an explanatory video but send it to ubi/massive...not the whole planet.. think i'll skip the dz until this is sorted as im quite enjoying pve at the moment regardless and to be quite frank, if this invisibility happened to me i think i'd end up dropping it altogether so will focus on pve for the time being.

Now imagine if this happens on x-defiant or heartlands. All the new players drawn in by the games will swiftly vanish elsewhere, f2p but full of gaps like this will instantly kill them.

@adrian-11 first thing i expect to happen for it to all go wrong. New f2p, everyone downloads, 1 update or 2, bang...the cheaters are let in or there's a game breaking bug and the game goes from used to not used in weeks.

Things like what's been posted has absolutely ruined this game. I've played it non stop for 2 years now but I now refuse to play it. PvP/DZ is the one of a very few things that keep hardcore players playing the game due to the PvE content being extremely repetitive. The fact every server you enter has players abusing these glitches is a massive let down. Some of my clan members have also stopped playing as well and we fear that until this is sorted out the cheating, glitching will continue and remove yet more of the player base. If the game keeps losing players then what's the point in dropping new content if there's nobody to play it. I have gone back to playing Div 1 as it's a much more enjoyable experience, something gaming should be, which in it's current state Div 2 is not enjoyable at all

Be realistic here, bugs and issues repeatedly reported since years ago are still not addressed... all was downhill since WONY, and Heartland is the death sentence (especially for PVP, since Red Storm dealt with that part and now are full time on Heartland).

If they are hacks then tuff. That's what you get for cheaping out on anti cheat software and getting mugged off by crappy Epic Software salepeople instead. Easy Anti-cheat is widely ridiculed industry wide as being borderline useless. When your shareholders matter more than your reputation I guess. I'd say ban them permanently but at this point there would literally be no point.

I going to spell this out in bold for Massive:

Massive failed to prevent cheating in an online live service game.

That matters.

As I said before these are not hacks but glitches. A friend sent me 2 videos of him in the DZ last night 1 of them he was invisible to other players and the other he was invincible. THIS NEEDS AN URGENT FIX NOW
