Unsolved Game closing/ crashing

my game is closing without any message or error. I already updated my drives and windows. My pc has more than the necessary requirements and its still closing. I dont know what to do.... I just want to know if I'm not alone in this boat and if someone fixed this problem

@ubi-keo I tried every thing... I opened a ticket in the beginning of the month and I'm still having the problem. they always say to me to try the same solutions, today was the fourth time I sended my dxdiag. I tested my devices and have nothing wrong with them. I still thinking that the problem is the the game or the service.
