Unsolved Items keep disappearing from my inventory

My tatoos, hairstyles, and longboat skins keep disappearing from my inventory. I would have to reload a save to get them back but now I'm too far into it that I would lose items that I got before I lost my items. It was also happening when I was playing it on the Xbox One X.

@metroid_meister Sorry to hear you are missing some of your cosmetics in Valhalla. To take a closer look over this, could you list the exact cosmetics you are currently missing in your main save?

@ubi-smash I can't list them because I don't remember the names of all of them but not the ones that you get from the mastery challenges. I still have the modraniht tattoos and the tattoos and hairstyles I got from the Sigrblot Festival.
