Unsolved Big shoutout to frame rate optimization! (annnnd potential issue?

I play on Nvidia 1050 with a 2gb vram. So since launch I've been struggling to keep this game playable between 1600x900 and 1366x768. I don't know what yall did, but after 1.3.0 update I can play this game at 1920x1080 30fps for the first time ever! This is amazing. The res upgrade almost makes the game feel like a different experience. I can finally take these beautiful photos of details and distant views without everything meshed together!
(Issues I'm still noticing though: I spent quite some time in Raventhorpe for the festival, then today I logged in and it starts getting really laggy even on the menu, dropping down to 14fps. As soon as I fast traveled to somewhere else in England the frame rate returned to normal. Later I traveled to Vinland and the same thing happened at the port. When I returned to Raventhorpe though it didn't lag as much. Could it be something from the festival making the cache stacked? Or linked to the Ireland issue right now?
