I can't find her to start the "Feeding the wolf" mission. I saw in some videos that she stands near the fire. But there is no girl near the fire in my game. I used Odin's sight in the hole village.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue locating the NPC to start the "Feeding the Wolf" questline. So we can get this looked into further would you be able to provide an image or short video clip showing this quest giver missing in your game?
@redbeard_chsg After completing the objective 'Light the torch for the god of your choice' in the quest 'Feeding The Wolf' and speaking to Thyra she walks away from her usual location at the bonfire, you then need to collect 3 tokens to complete the quest.
Can you please check your active quest log and completed quest log to ensure you have not already started or completed the quest. If you are certain you haven't and the quest is in neither your active or completed logs can you then provide a video to show this.
@redbeard_chsg Thanks for the image provided. Are you able to provide a video please?
I can see there is an objective marker on the map in the image you have shown, did that appear when you selected to show nearby quests? And when you go to that location are you able to see anything?
In the video could you please show the following:

Thank you for providing this video, @redbeard_chsg. It is exactly what we needed. I can see from it that Thyra is not present near the bonfire, and that approaching the quest marker, it does not present you with an action to perform.
I've opened an investigation with the developers now to see what advice they can offer, and whether there is something that you need to do in order to receive the "Feeding the Wolf" quest that has not already been done. I will let you know as soon as I have any further information for you. Thank you!
@ubi-woofer You're welcome. Thank you for helping me.
@ubi-woofer Hi. I have a similar issue. Thyra is standing next to the bonfire but there is no print to interact with her so I can’t start the quest. I have completed all other quests and activities in the festival but cannot interact with Thyra to start helping her with the sacrifice
Thanks very much for letting us know you're having this issue too, @warlord99956 ! We're looking into this internally now, and we'll be back in touch on this thread if we need any further information to help get it resolved. Thanks again!
@ubi-thrupney I have the same problem in the current oskoreia festival. I can't start the archery challenge because Thyra lying dead on the floor.
