Unsolved Crash at Title Screen

I just purchased AC Valhalla for PC through the epic games store. It would not launch at first and I seem to have resolved that issue but now when I get to the title screen and it says press any button it crashes.

First and foremost, can I just double-check the following:- Do you happen to receive any error messages when the game crashes?
- Do you have your game installed in local drive or is it possible external storage device that you've used?
