After the Friday July 15th update the game is unplayable. Huge video stuttering with audio disturbance every time I run on groups of enemies and sometimes when I walk in the open.

Resolution 1440p optimal on Geforce Experience but I drop the settings to ultra-low with the same results.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hi there @ac_neemos, I'm sorry to hear about these stuttering and audio issues you're experiencing. Do you happen to have a clip showing these issues occurring?
@ubi-mercury apparently there is extreme 100% cpu usage when on battles. Setting the fps limit to 30 does not produce the problem. Anything above that, the stuttering appears. Even at 35 fps.
@ac_neemos Nice! I think it's a good sample clip.
From this clip, I immediately remembered the past cases when I heard the game sound.
https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2091326-Sound-bug-Reoccurs: (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2091326-Sound-bug-Reoccurs)
This strange sound is very similar to the problem of the past.
Audio - Slapback System ....Is it possible that an individual development engineer, or some engineers, has secretly reinstated this feature?
It is possible that someone introduced the effect function of this sound without permission, which caused the decrease in FPS and the increase in the load on the CPU.
Each development engineer.
Are you in control of contact, consultation, reporting, and control?
For the last few years, I personally feel very suspicious.
Is there any employee who is doing one-pan play such as making self-judgment corrections by one engineer staff, changing the program source, introducing, and adjusting?
Is there a boss who has given permission to release a patch without confirming its operation, or to release a patch without confirming its operation?
Of course, it is necessary to investigate defects with high priority.
However, if the original "human error caused by engineer staff" is not improved, the same error and the same trouble will be repeated. No, the reality is that it is.
The structure of the development team, the strengthening of the operation confirmation team, I think that is also a high priority task now.
UBI and MASSIVE look forward to future improvements.
@ac_neemos Thank you for the clip! Would you be willing to see if this troubleshooting guide helps resolve this at all for you?
Just a word of caution about updates if your system is on the low-end of meeting game requirements to run the game. Mine is AMD Phenom II X6 1090T AM3 Processor, 3200MHz with 8GB RAM. The processor came out in 2010.
My game (DIV 2) doesn't launch after the optional mid-july 872.03 MB update. It does launch if I revert to the prior version which included a mandatory early July 2021 27GB update. This also happened mid last year with CREW 2 when one of the updates bumped up the system requirements and a vital SSE instruction set, which my processor doesn't have.
Needless to say I plan to upgrade my system eventually but in the meantime I can still play the first DIV and CREW game.

@UbiSushiVamp I tried all those. Nothing works. The game runs fine but only if locked in 30fps. The fps drop with the weird sound come only if I unlock the frame limiter.
@ac_neemos
I also have the same problem. After about 7 minutes of play, the game would lag or stutter for a some seconds. The frame rate would drop below 60 FPS cap for those seconds. It seems to only happen once. The sound is distorted during the problem. I am using DX12 with surpassing hardware requirements.
Tried with a Gigabyte RTX 3070Ti Aorus Master. Game does the same thing even when locked in 30fps this time. Nevermind, I'm gonna quit this game.
@richubisoft02 I run the game's benchmark. With V-sync 'on' the GPU utilization doesn't go above 65%. With V-sync 'off' the GPU utilization goes up to 97% - but drops to a range of 13-25% when in the shooting parts of the benchmark. Then goes back to 90%+ and back to 13% again.
Thank you for trying that troubleshooting guide @ac_neemos and providing these details! Sorry to hear these issues have persisted. Could you please provide screenshots showing your in-game graphics settings?
Hey there @nongenuine, sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues in-game as well. Could you please confirm if you completed the troubleshooting guide previously provided as well?

Thank you for providing this clip and your settings @ac_neemos! I recommend creating a new case here, and attaching your MSinfo and Dxdiag files to the case, so that we can investigate these issues further with you.
@ac_neemos Although our equipment differs I have experienced low frame rates & studer, jitter etc. Plus it hardly utillized my CPU & GPU. The fans did not even run on the GPU & the watts was under 50. I run a benchmark & the frame rate was 20's. Play was a real pain, the jitter & unevenness was hard on the eyes.
I called my ISP I thought this might be on their end, I have had line issues. They noted some discrepancies & are sending out a tech. Now moving along I had frame rate capped at 60 & has been for some time. Today In game settings I removed the cap & checked some windows settings. There I found a 20H1 or similar windows update & installed it. After a restart I started Div 2 . The frame rate went well past 100, the CPU & GPU fans kicked in as well. I set frame rate back to 60 cause of a marginal CPU. I'm not sure what happened or the cause but it benched a lot higher with smooth normal game play. If it stays as is I won't need my ISP or asking for Ubisoft support. Both of which can be an exercise in frustration.
Alright.
The game does this annoyance on a PC with fresh Windows installation and NOTHING ELSE in it except the geforce drivers and the game.
I'm done.
