Unsolved Bug Report: Using Photo Mode on Horseback bugs out the cloak physics

In AC Valhalla, the cloak physics glitch out if you use photo mode on horseback. It seems to be tied to using photo mode on horseback because I can replicate the bug as many times as I like. By bugged physics I mean that the cloak begins to drag much farther back than it should. I've included a video where I perform the bug, then use a work-around fix (unequip and reequip the cloak), and then cause the glitch again.

1:11 I use Photo Mode again on horseback to cause the bug again, I show off the bugged physics again -
