Unsolved Unable to upgrade ps4 version to ps5

hi All,
I just got a ps5 and owned the ps4 version that had a sticker to upgrade on it. However after transferring everything over and spending hours google searching i still don’t have the option to upgrade my game in store.
any help please? -

I'm extremely sorry for the difficulties this has been. If you have exhausted all steps here, I would try the following steps on your console:- Insert the PS4 game disc.
- Go to the game hub for the PS4 game.
- Select the 3 dots "..."
- Select "View Product"
- Select the upgrade offer on the game hub and review the upgrade offer.
- Select Download to download/purchase content.
If you are still missing the Ps5 upgrade, try highlighting the game and scroll down to see if "Add-ons" appears. Please get back to us here if you are unable to see this option when selecting Assassin's Creed Valhalla.Official Response
