Frustrated by the Sum of Bugs :(

Hello Community,
i‘m a Player from germany so excuses in advance for any wrong words or grammar..
In the Last couple of weeks i reached „the endgame“ of AC Valhalla, which means the last regions/sagas of the Game. And what i‘m experiencing is easily the WORST i ever did, especially while playing on a console and Not on a PC, because there you have a lot More different components That can cause bugs and such.
Valhalla ist just riddled with bugs, and i do not mean the irrelevant ones like NPCs standing half in the ground and such. But those with real impact on the gameplay like not being able to get or finish certain apsects of the Game.
Just a quick summary of my one attempt to play the Game:- Had the bug with the plate you need for getting excalibur in the wine Cellar (luckily had an older savegame to „fix“ this)
- Still Suffer from the bug to no longer get fabric from the smaller treasure chests thereforw cannot upgrade my arrow pouch or get that one shrine in the northern Region
- wont even get the chance to buy that fabric because i also suffer from the bug to no longer get supplies from those other small chests to Upgrade my settlement
- now i have at least to Events i cannot finish because o cannot Talk to the NPC (Hamtunscir -> the priest West of Winchaster, Snotingahamscir -> the guy who Wants you to Burn some corpses)
Is my Game just the worst or are you guys just as afflicted as i am?? -
I contacted support 2 times which was even more frustrating because in the end it always came down to:
- Yeah, we know about it
- our developers are looking into it
- we are very sorry
- no, we do not know if or when it will ne fixed or even if that will help you at all now that youre savegame is already broken
I mean, what is this? I‘m Really thinking about trying to get my money back, its just Not minor flaws but really big Problems. I have some experience with software development and just can‘t explain how this can happen with such a big project and such big Budgets. I mean, there are problems that even Were already fixed now appearing Again?? And all that with no transparency at all to the thousands of Players who have paid for a quality product, or at least you might think that, about when the next fixes are going to be released and what they will fix.
