Unsolved They must pay Bug

I have encountered yet another bug, the "Meath: they must pay" quest has (in my case) a non-spawning target. When arriving in area, one target shows as already dead, but, and heres the good bit, there is no body, marker showing in a set of stairs with no way to see or access target/corpse....

I had something similar when avenge quest popped on my map. Body spawned inside of the closed building inside one of the trade posts. There's no way I could check up on it.

Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us. I've heard similar reports of this happening to players in-game before, and the development team have been notified.
To help us to take a closer look, would you be able to provide us with some additional information?- Have you encountered this behaviour with any other quests (such as other King's Contracts or Avenge quests)?
- Can you send us an image of the exact location where this non-spawning target was? This will be helpful as the development team tries to reproduce the issue. If you have any additional images/videos from when you took part in the quest, that would also be very helpful!
@bielik01 - If you're able to provide us with any of the additional information requested above, from your own experience, that would be helpful as well. Can you also clarify the following information for us:- I understand that this happened during an Avenge quest. Was it the player body you were unable to interact with, or one of the enemy NPCs?
- Which trade post did this happen in?

@ubi-borealis nah... I don't have it on a video, and I don't remember where it was, but it was some other player's body that spawned inside of a building I could not get into, so that I couldn't start the avenge quest
